 Slow Cooker Breast Of Lamb


I can hardly believe that this recipe was so easy. It took no more the 5 hours to make, was as tender as can be, and tasted Devine.

I Breast of Lamb

1 cup home made croutons

4 mushrooms, small dice

1/4 of an onion, small dice

1 T butter and 1 T olive oil

1 T Rosemary salt

Place the slow cooker on high.

Crush the croutons in a zip lock bag.

Sautee the onions and mushrooms in the olive oil and butter. Add the mushroom mixture to the crushed croutons and let cool.

Season both sides of the Lamb with the Rosemary butter. Evenly spread the breadcrumb mixture over the lamb and tie with kitchen string. 

Line the slow cooker with a slow cooker bag, using a trivet place the lamb in to the slow cooker on high leave the lid on and cook for 5 hrs- DONE.
